After updating your device to iOS 13, you may easily convert live photo into video by following the below given steps:

• First of all, launch the Photos App and then pick the live photo that you want to convert in a video.
• After selecting the Live Photo, tap on the Share button.

• On the screen appears, select the Save as Video option, doing so will convert your live photo into video and save it in your selected album.
