How to create a channel and upload videos on IGTV

Instagram is the most widely used social media application. Earlier it was only being used to connect and share photos, videos with family and friends, but now you may use Instagram for business purpose too.  Recently, Instagram added IGTV in the recent update, that’s really a great platform for the people who are entrepreneur or running their own business. You may use IGTV in your Instagram interface or also install individual IGTV application on your Smartphone. All you need to do is create a channel and upload your product videos to promote your products. Let’s learn how to create channel and upload videos on IGTV.

To create IGTV channel

You may easily create IGTV channel on IGTV app or Instagram, follow the below given steps to do that:

• In the top right of Feed, tap on the TV icon or open the IGTV app.
• Tap on the cog icon, select “Create Channel” and then follow the on-screen instructions.

If you are not using Instagram or IGTV application, you may also create on Instagram.com.

• In order to do that, open Instagram.com on your browser.
• Go to your profile and tap or click IGTV.

• Select “Get started and follow the on-screen instructions.

To upload a video on IGTV

• If you are using Instagram app on your phone, tap TV icon in the top right of Feed or open the IGTV app.
• To view your channel, tap your photo, which appears to the right of Search IGTV.
• Tap plus icon, select a video and then tap “Next.”
• At the next screen, you may add a title and description.
• Select if you want to share it to a Facebook Page and click “Post.”

If you are not using Instagram application, you may upload videos on Instagram.com

• Open your web browser and go to Instagram.com on your computer.
• Go to your profile and click “IGTV.”
• Click “Upload ”, click plus icon and select a video, or drag and drop a video file.
• After that, you may add a title and description.

• Select if you want to share it to a Facebook Page and click “Post.”
