To share your block list with others
You may easily export your block list to share the list with others if they want to block the same list of accounts, follow the below given steps to do that:
- Go to your blocked account settings on twitter.com.
- At the top of your block list, click “All” to export your full block list. Click “Imported” to export the block list you have imported.
- Click “Advanced options” and then select “Export your list” in the drop-down menu.
- Confirm the accounts you want to export.
- Click “Export” and a .CSV file will be downloaded to your computer and the file can be shared with other Twitter users. If your block list has more than 5,000 accounts, your list will be divided into multiple files.
To import someone else’s block list
If you want to block the same list of accounts, you may easily import someone else’s block list, follow the below given steps to do that:
- First of all, you need to save a “.CSV” file to your computer.
- Go to your blocked account settings on twitter.com.
- Click “Advanced options” and then select “Import a list” in the drop-down menu.
- In the pop-up, click “Attach a file to upload”, then find the .csv file and click “Open” to import the list.
- Once the file is successfully imported, you may see the file name.
- Click “Preview.” Doing so will show a list of blocked account. You can uncheck any accounts you do not want to block.
- Click “Block” to confirm.
- The imported accounts will be added to your block list.
To manage your block list
After importing and reporting block lists, you may easily manage your block lists, follow the below given steps to do that:
- At the top of your block list, you can see the option to click “All or Imported.”
- Click “All” to view every account you are currently blocking.
- Click “Imported” to view the accounts you blocked after importing another user’s list.
- Moreover, you may easily unblock an account by clicking the “Blocked” button next to the account that you want to unblock.
