How to use Google lens in your Smartphone
Recently, Google introduced Google lens at Google I/O 2018. Google Lens is based on AI-powered technology that detects an object using your Smartphone camera. When you click a picture and then use Google lens option with it, Google will find out various types of information related to it and display it on your screen. With Google Lens, you may explore restaurants, clubs and cafes by getting a pop-up window showing reviews, address details and opening times. Apart from that if you point the camera towards a barcode, it will automatically identify the product associated with it and show related information and purchase options for that specific product. To use Google Lens in iPhone
- In order to do that, you need to download “Google Photos” latest update from App Store.
- Now, open the Google Photos app on your iPhone and select a photo.
- Then, you need to tap on the “Google Lens” icon. This will direct you to a screen with all the possible actions related to that photo.
- Choose the option you want and tap on it. Then you may explore the option on your screen.
To use Google Lens in Android Smartphone
- First of all, Download or update the Google Photos app on your phone to enjoy the new functionality.
- Open the Google Photos app on your device and select any photo.
- Now, you need to tap on the “Google Lens” icon to get all the possible actions that you can perform on that photo.
- Choose the option you want and tap on it. Then you may explore all the option on your screen.
- You may come back to “My Activity” page and check the activities done with your Google Lens on your Google account. You can also delete the past activities and browser history using this page.
