Like Facebook, you also check track the time you spent on Instagram, follow the below given steps to do that:

• On your phone, open Instagram and go to settings page.

• Here, you can see a bar graph showing your average time spent on Instagram on your device.
• Tap any bar to see your total time for that specific day.
• If you want, you may set a daily reminder that will send you a notification when you have reached the amount of time you want to use that app for that particular day.
